How do you make a food brand stand out at a busy festival?
Together with HelloFresh, we created a bold, custom-built activation at Heartland — the brand’s first Nordic festival appearance. The ambition was to spark curiosity, attract new customers and build loyalty through a playful, high-attention brand experience.
We set out to take their familiar brand icon, supersize it — and invite guests inside. A macro-scale HelloFresh meal box became the centerpiece of a brand space filled with oversized garden games, fresh herbs and playful interactions engaging sight, taste and curiosity.
Inside the box, a digital gamified experience invited visitors to scan, play and win prizes — from smoothie samples to discounts and meal box subscriptions — turning festival fun into real engagement, valuable permissions, feedback and new connections with the brand.

A brand marker and center of attention
The Giant HelloFresh Meal Box quickly became a vibrant landmark and hangout spot on the festival grounds. Guests stayed, explored, played, talked and shared — turning casual curiosity into real brand engagement.
Let’s just say: a giant meal box in the middle of a festival attracts curious crowds… and a lot of cameras.
